Scott is a leader with deep experience across nearly all marketing disciplines and agency environments. Throughout his career, he has delivered results for clients across a wide range of initiatives, including working on the global brand launch of the Microsoft Xbox; leading fully integrated traditional and digital campaigns for telecom megabrands CenturyLink, BellSouth, and AT&T; and successfully driving “big data” Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives for Spectrum Enterprise, Nature’s Bounty Co., and Progressive. Scott led the turnaround of a global CRM powerhouse, founded an agency recognized as one of the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies in the U.S., and ran major global brand relationships at Grey Global Group and McCann. Today, Scott leads Digital Current, one of the Southwest’s up-and-coming digital marketing agencies serving a portfolio of national brands and regional startups. Scott has also served as a contributing writer for Inc. Magazine. Scott has an Economics degree from the University of South Carolina.
As an operations professional, Jason has spent more than a decade managing transformation and expansion of some of the largest marketing and advertising agencies in the Southwest. While building teams that embrace change and maximize efficiency in a positive and balanced work environment, he enables double- and triple-digit growth. His in-depth familiarity with integrated, full-service digital marketing, including sophisticated CRM systems, gives him the valuable insights needed to lead Digital Current forward. Jason received his degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business.
A passionate entrepreneur and marketing pioneer, Troy brings a unique, seasoned marketing perspective to Digital Current. As CEO, Troy is responsible for building strategic initiatives and broader business relationships, as well as leading Digital Current’s culture of thought leadership and ideation. His character, insights and creative spirit set the tone for Digital Current’s progress and strategic growth. An expert online marketer and respected industry leader, Troy has a deep-rooted passion for over-delivering on client expectations, and he works hard to motivate Digital Current’s teams to strive for excellence. Prior to leading Digital Current, Troy was a senior management consultant with DMR Consulting and Navigant Consulting on projects with RCN Telecom Services, AT&T, Prudential and Sullivan Cromwell. Troy holds an MBA, magna cum laude, from Durham University, United Kingdom and a self-designed Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern Maine in collaboration with the Université de Bourgogne, France.
Todd has been helping companies grow for more than twenty years. Prior to joining Digital Current in December 2018, he was in business development with a global customer engagement agency and was the deal flow lead with an international tech consulting and business process partner. He has led teams to architect digital, data-driven and CRM (customer relationship management) solutions for leading brands such as Dell, GameStop and Nextiva. Always focused on driving revenue and value for clients, he has deep experience across SMB and enterprise companies. Todd is a graduate of Iowa State University’s College of Business.
Abby is a Boston-based brand builder and CRM expert with proven strategic and tactical capabilities, focused on achieving measurable results. Her experience spans clients across verticals including CPG, retail, financial services and technology in both B2C and B2B markets. She has helped startups develop their brands from scratch and large corporations refine their strategies to drive incremental revenue. She earned her B.A. in communication from The George Washington University. In her spare time, Abby volunteers for a rabbit rescue, takes improv classes and mentors young marketing professionals.
With more than fifteen years of agency experience, Geoffrey has created and collaborated on digital marketing strategies for startups and Fortune 500 brands across most verticals and industries. He is adept at translating technical jargon into understandable concepts and is experienced in marketing strategy, SEO, content strategy and account management thanks to time spent at agencies including iCrossing and Ethology. A veteran of the U.S. Marines who served in Desert Storm, Geoffrey also graduated from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and studied history at Northern Arizona University. In addition to spending time with his family, his passions include Oscar-worthy movies, house music and the fruit of the vine.
A fifteen-year SEO, PPC and CRO veteran, Kevin Chow has a reputation for increasing his clients’ web traffic and growing their businesses. Process-oriented and constantly tracking the latest industry news, Kevin pays close attention to ensure quality work and client performance, using strategies and uncovering opportunities, all while testing to find out what will drive business. He wholeheartedly strives for continual advancement in the field for both himself and his teams, which benefit from his guidance, led by diverse and valuable experience. Seasoned in applying his talents at mid- to large-sized brands, he’s worked with retail, travel, insurance, entertainment, health and sports clients, among others. Kevin’s excited to work with data, solve big business challenges and develop his programs and teams. Hailing from Huntington Beach, Calif., Kevin earned his computer science and business degree from Sonoma State University in 2005 after first cutting his teeth as a web designer in the ‘90s. When he’s not working SEO wizardry, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, often hiking, camping and tasting the seasonal flavors at local farmers’ markets.
With more than a decade’s experience in digital content strategy, Dustin brings a unique perspective to his work. Having developed marketing and brand initiatives, as well as content strategies, from the ground up, he understands the intricacies of building, supporting and growing a successful brand. From Fortune 50 companies to local small businesses, Dustin has worked with a wide range of clients to distill their distinct brand voice, uncover their key audiences and find the connecting messages between the two. He enjoys public speaking and sharing his knowledge, and often speaks at conferences, leads workshops, contributes to local and national publications and presents webinars. Dustin graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in English literature and creative writing. An avid member of the Phoenix geek community, Dustin also enjoys traveling and sampling craft cocktails locally and around the world.
Mindy has been in marketing since 2001 and for the last decade has focused specifically on digital. She is a trainer, digital marketing strategist and frequent speaker at industry conferences, including Digital Summit, Pubcon, SMX, the SEJ Summit and more. Today, Mindy serves as the Director of Training & Strategic Advisor at Digital Current.
Throughout her career, Mindy has trained organizations of all sizes on search engine optimization, including such companies as Facebook, The Weather Channel, Investor’s Business Daily, LL Bean, Putman Media and Sportsman’s Guide. She co-authored numerous books, including The Marketing Avengers and Rich and Thin: Slim Down, Shrink Debt, Turn Calories Into Cash (McGraw Hill). Mindy is a columnist for SearchEngineJournal.com and a regular contributor to StreetFightMag.com. She has been quoted as an expert in The Huffington Post, The Washington Post and The Arizona Republic and featured on Bloomberg Radio. Mindy has an M.B.A. from Arizona State University and is working on her Ph.D. in General Psychology with an Emphasis in Technology. She is also a professor at Grand Canyon University.
